with olive oil and a few trops of balsamic vinegar,

Culinary uses:
Mojo Rojo is typical of the Canary Islands and is served there for many dishes alongside Mojo Verde.
Harmonizes especially with:
Potatoes, fried or barbequed fish, tuna filet,
barbequed chicken and meat
