Za'atar

Traditional Middle Eastern spice blend, known for its intense aroma and balanced flavour.

Flavour: Aromatic, slightly acidic and toasted.

Ingredients: Sesame, oregano, sumac, sea salt, marjoram, black pepper.

Suggested uses: Ideal for bread, salads, vegetables and meats. Traditionally eaten with olive oil and bread or used to season Mediterranean dishes.

We make our blends using only natural ingredients, with no added preservatives or artificial flavourings.

May contain traces of gluten, nuts, sesame, mustard and celery.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
