Returns and Refund Policy
At Algarvespice, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply.
Food Products — Exception to the Right of Free Resolution
Pursuant to Article 17, paragraph 1, point e) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are excluded from the right of free resolution.
Our spices are food products not individually sealed, therefore, for reasons of hygiene and food safety, returns are not accepted after order delivery.
Exceptions — When We Accept Returns
We accept returns and issue full refunds in the following situations:
- Defective product or in poor condition
- Shipping error (product different from what was ordered)
How to Proceed
In case of a defective product or shipping error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via:

We kindly ask you to include photos of the product and packaging to expedite the process.
Refund
After analysis and confirmation of the situation, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
