Are your products natural?

Yes. All our products are made only with natural ingredients, with no added preservatives, colourings, or artificial flavourings.

What is the difference between Cassia cinnamon and Ceylon cinnamon?

They are two distinct varieties with very different profiles. Ceylon cinnamon (or true cinnamon) has a milder, more delicate, and slightly sweeter flavour — ideal for desserts, teas, and dishes where subtlety is desired. Cassia cinnamon is more intense, spicy, and robust, and is the most common variety on the market.

For frequent culinary use, we recommend Ceylon cinnamon, as it contains much lower levels of coumarin, a substance that can be harmful to the liver in large quantities.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our facilities handle various ingredients, so products may contain traces of gluten, nuts, sesame, mustard, and celery. Always consult the package label for updated information.

How should I store spices and teas?

To preserve the aroma and flavour as much as possible, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid proximity to heat sources such as the stove. Once opened, seal the package tightly after each use.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery time in mainland Portugal is generally 2-4 business days after dispatch. For islands and international shipments, times may vary.

Do you ship outside Portugal?

Yes, we ship to several European countries. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.
