Flavour: Intense and slightly bitter.

Ingredients: Dried mate leaves.

Preparation: Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) per cup (250ml). Pour 80–90°C water and let it infuse for 4–5 minutes. Do not use boiling water to avoid bitterness.
