Kashmiri Chai
A blend of black tea with selected spices, with an intense and comforting character. A captivating infusion, ideal to enjoy plain or with a touch of milk.
Flavour profile: Warm, aromatic, and slightly sweet.
Ingredients: Black tea, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, liquorice, cloves, pink peppercorns, fennel.
Preparation method:
Add 1 teaspoon (2g) per cup (250ml). Pour 95–100°C water and infuse for 4–5 minutes.
For a more intense flavour, you can boil the mixture in water for 2–3 minutes and let it rest before straining. You can add milk and sweeten to taste.
We prepare our blends using only natural ingredients, with no added preservatives or artificial flavourings.
May contain traces of gluten, nuts, sesame, mustard, and celery.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
