Fennel

Fennel seeds with an intense aroma and mild flavour.

Flavour: Aromatic and slightly sweet.

Ingredients: Fennel seeds.

Preparation: Add 1 teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) per cup (250ml). Pour 95–100°C water and let infuse for 7–10 minutes.
