Sri Lanka Curry

A spice blend inspired by Sri Lankan cuisine, prepared with previously toasted ingredients, which intensifies the aroma and flavour. Ideal for preparing rich and characterful curry dishes.

Flavour: Aromatic, warm, and slightly spicy.

Ingredients: Turmeric, sweet cinnamon, fennel, fenugreek, coriander, cumin, piri-piri, cloves, mustard, bay leaf, cardamom, rice, curry leaves, mango powder.

Suggested use: Ideal for curries, rice, vegetables, fish, and chicken. Can be used in marinades or added during cooking to develop the aroma.

We make our blends only with natural ingredients, with no added preservatives or artificial flavourings.

May contain traces of gluten, nuts, sesame, mustard, and celery.
